Hearts Leap North relocated their classrooms to the beautiful Arlington Community Church in Kensington. In addition to the new, larger space and expanded geographical availability to families, we are excited to offer an infant/toddler classroom serving children as young as 6 months, and an after-school program for TK-2nd graders.

This newest Hearts Leap site offers an infant and toddler program, mixed-age preschool, and school-aged afternoon care. With room to grow, our bright and inviting indoor spaces are complimented by an expansive yard, and UC Blake Garden across the street. These offer wonderful opportunities for outdoor learning. Community & Relationships

Hearts Leap Kensington is a special gem of a school where we believe in developing strong relationships with the children and families to make the overall preschool experience special and memorable for all! We create community in many different ways including:

  • monthly breakfast potlucks,

  • inviting families in the classroom to bake, read, learn new languages, cultures and family traditions,

  • going on field trips,

  • weekend playdates,

  • a back to school picnic,

  • adults-only dinners,

  • our annual auction & gala,

and so much more! The environment has a homey feeling and one that makes you want to stay and play.
