General Timeline

Rolling: Parents apply to the waitlist on our website

November-December: We re-enroll our current families and determine the number of open spaces for the next school year for new families

January-March: We reach out to families on the waitlist to offer tours and meetings with the Center Director for open spaces

Mid-August: the new school year starts and runs through July!

Steps of Enrollment

Apply: The first step is to reach out! You can call, email, or submit an application. All applicants are placed on the waiting list, no need to reapply each year. Feel free to contact us with updates or to check your status on the waitlist.

Tour & Open House: Each year we host an Open House informational event and/or offer small group family tours. These events provide you with a wonderful opportunity to meet leadership and teaching staff, see our classroom environments and learn more about our programs.

Admissions Questionnaire: In preparation for your school visit you will be asked to complete an admissions questionnaire. You'll be receiving this via email and should only take a few minutes to complete!

Enrollment Offer and Deposit: We will reach out with an enrollment offer and contract. To secure your spot in a classroom, we require an enrollment deposit in the amount of one month's tuition.

Preparing to Start

New Student Paperwork: Once we have your signed contract and security deposit, we will send you our "New Student Paperwork". We will need everything completed and returned before your child's first day at school.

Teacher Visit: Before your child starts school, we will set up a time for you to meet with one (or more!) of your teachers. They will talk to you about the transition to school, and what your child is interested in, and answer any questions you have. For the younger children, you'll be going over your child's "Needs and Service Plan" and other details about your child's routines.

Three Half Days: If your child is under 3 years old, their first three days will be half days. This greatly helps them ease into the school day routines!

Building Community: Get to know your child's classroom community through park play dates, a family welcome event, and parent parties!
